ReceiptPrint is an offline-first Point of Sale (POS) and thermal receipt printing tool, developed by CodeHabit. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal information or business data to external servers or third parties.

All your data — including products, sales history, receipts, and store settings — remains strictly stored on your device.

2. Information We Handle and How It Is Used

All information you input into the app is stored locally on your device using on-device databases (SQLite and local preferences):

• Shop Profile Information: Business name, address, phone number, tax rates/GST numbers, and shop logos that you configure to appear on printed receipts.
• Product Catalog: Product names, prices, categories, and variants created by you.
• Sales & Transaction Data: Generated bills, itemized receipt histories, totals, and sales summaries.
• Customer Information (Optional): Customer names or phone numbers if you choose to enter them on individual invoices/bills.

None of this data is ever uploaded to our servers or accessible by us.

• No Analytics SDKs: We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase).
• No Advertising: The app contains no third-party advertisements or ad tracking SDKs.
• No Third-Party Trackers: We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Backup

• Local Storage: All app data is stored securely in your device's local application sandbox.
• Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete products, clear transaction history, or uninstall the app at any time, which permanently removes all stored data from your device.
• Data Security: Because your data never leaves your device, security is governed by your device's own security settings (passcode, biometric lock, etc.).

6. Children's Privacy

ReceiptPrint is a business utility tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Compliance with International Laws (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

• GDPR (European Economic Area): As we do not collect, process, or transmit personal data to external servers, no personal data processing occurs outside your device.
• CCPA / CPRA (California Residents): We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
